Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unused tool in its original condition, in it’s original packaging for a full refund. In addition, certain manufacturers allow for returns under their "Satisfaction Guarantees" and we honor the terms of these manufacturers return policies.
Please call or email for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Never send a package to the manufacturer, unless we tell you to do so. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge and return freight shall be paid by the purchaser.
For collated fasteners, we require items to be packaged in a box over the original packaging. Failure to do so can result in the fasteners being broken apart, and no credit will be given.
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our website that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip (or if unavailable another piece of paper, be sure to include your name and contact information). Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed below.
